Bounded reflective support

KindLine Guide

KindLine Guide is a brief reflective support tool for stressful moments. It can help you sort what happened, name what feels hardest, and choose one next step. It is not diagnosis, therapy, crisis support, or medical care.

What it does

It stays narrow on purpose: reflective support, calm clarification, and one small next step around a difficult moment.

Why there is a support contract

You can guide reply language, tone, and context before generation without having to label yourself or explain everything up front.

Support style

Participant view

The default is Start broad. You do not need to decide what category you fit before writing.

Change support style

These are support modes, not labels about you. Leave the default if you are unsure.

Set a support contract

These preferences guide response style. They are not labels about you and they are not a diagnosis.

Use this if your wording is colloquial, indirect, or shaped by cultural or community context.

You can mention language, family, community, faith, work, school, or cultural context that affects how your wording should be read. Keep personal details minimal.

Why the tool may narrow or refuse a reply

The tool stays inside reflective support. If a message looks like crisis risk, medical care, or a general task that does not fit this purpose, it switches to a narrower reply instead of pretending to know more than it should.

Voice and privacy note

Browser voice output works more reliably than browser speech input. Microphone access needs HTTPS and depends on browser support. Typed input is always the safest fallback.

One practical privacy note

Keep personal details minimal. Use the session export only if you want a copy on your own device.
